Acquisitions
  • 12.8M$12.8 million non-performing small balance commercial loan portfolio from a money center bank. The portfolio was comprised of 35 assets secured by properties in 11 states.
  • 5.1M$5.1 million non-performing and sub-performing commercial mortgage loan portfolio from a commercial bank. The loans were secured by multifamily, retail and industrial properties located in the greater New York metropolitan area.
  • 11.9M$11.9 million commercial REO portfolio from a Florida savings bank including 58 assets. The properties were primarily land assets and incomplete development properties located in Florida.
  • 3.3M$3.3 million of non-performing loans secured by multifamily properties with 40+ units in Connecticut and 17 units in NYC. Acquired from two financial institutions.
  • 4.5M$4.5 million 1-4 family REO assets located in the Midwest. Acquired from various financial institutions.
Loans
  • 450K$450,000 loan secured by a 5,000 sf retail property located in Island Park, NY. The bridge loan was used to fund the purchase and upgrading of an REO property.
  • 225K$225,000 loan secured by a mixed use building in Bridgeport, CT. The loan proceeds were used to takeout an existing nonperforming loan for a borrower that had filed bankruptcy.
  • 450K$450,000 loan secured by a mixed-use property in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn to allow the owner to avoid foreclosure and re-lease the commercial space at the property.
  • 335K$335,000 loan secured by a mixed use property in the Jamaica section of Queens. The borrower used the funds to complete a renovation of the property and re-tenant the commercial and residential space.
  • 900K$900,000 loan secured by a multifamily property located in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. This loan has provided the borrower with time to avoid foreclosure and secure time to sell the property.
